Goodnight! Today I went to a friends house around 5 and left at about 12:50. Ive known her the longest of any of my friends and we’ve both hurt eachother- had a falling out and spent years ignoring eachother for our pains. We only hang out maybe four times a year but I am always struck by how much I still love her. Im not usually too physically inclined but she was telling about her break up after nearly 2 years with her gf and i wanted to hold her hands and cry with her. Wanted to hug her so hard it left imprints. She helped me write a text putting my foot down on a boundary with someone whos been walking over me. God I love her. I’d give her the moon. But its so late! I cant sleep without the melatonin so I hope I hear my alarm! (I might as well fuck myself if I cant make it to work lol but without enough sleep im inclined to call out sick for the sake if a few more hours…. Its PROBABLY the hashimotos fault…. Maybe…..)

I'm having a hard time believing this is sounds from Neptune 😵‍💫

This is one of my favorites. I use these to sleep every night going between this channel and one other good one although the other channel, so far, only does the planets and not the moons. There's only one body's EM that I find myself unable to listen to and that is Neptune's moon Triton. Neptune itself is my all time favorite. I used to use either thunderstorm or ocean sounds for sleep but being a total space nerd I like these much better. Magnificent!!!

Goodnight! Today i was in the schools library! Had a lot of fun putting the books back. Lovely environment. My card declined at the gas station with 0 in the tank, glad to have had cash. My renfaire purchase must have scared the bank but shouldnt have used EVERYTHING… nearly had a panic attack with thing 3 in the car. Decided to tie up my day here by texting my ex and ignoring someone i dont want to talk to. I feel not so great . The burp stuck in my throat emotion. The clawing around without a pin in me to center me. I would do a lot to have someone I trust just lay with me. But im not in a place where i have anyone, platonic or otherwise. But the warmth is only good for the cold that nips first. Im not running to find a body but i feel allowed to wish i had something more solid to lean on. And that solidity cannot come from myself at the moment. Something about not keeping my own trust. I found that rather profound.

I can mostly hear 55 hz but if you listen closely enough you can aucally hear how the 55 hz sline wave gets a little louder and then a little quieter 2 times per second. So this is very intesting because there is aucally 2 frequencis going on at the same time.

Picked up a full day tomorrow but im feeling like i could be getting sick, buuttttt maybe im just bloated or hungry. God knows Ineed the money but I dont want to go and do things I dont understand. Makes me too nervous.
